Responsibilities
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of U.S. expatriate payrolls.
- Process U.S. expatriate payroll accurately and timely, including tax‑withholding setup and changes, bonus‑related tax entries, retroactive pay adjustments, verification‑of‑employment requests, and payroll‑preview review.
- Enter and maintain additional payroll items as needed.
- Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures.
- Ensure payroll practices comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries with a high level of service.
- Support payroll‑related projects and initiatives as required.
- A Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in U.S. payroll processing.
- In‑depth understanding of expatriate payroll administration.
- At least 2 years of experience with ADP Global view or ADP Ev5.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Excel.
