RMS and TraCS data entry experience.

- Prepares, types, and proofreads basic forms, letters, or memoranda.
- Enters and tracks computer database applications.
- Enters payroll time into HRIS payroll system.
- Performs routine clerical work, including filing, billing, verifying, and recording information.
- Schedules appointments.
- Provides customer service by telephone, email, and in person.
- Compiles and maintains division data for statistical reports.
- Files and disseminates correspondence, reports, and mail.
- Updates Briefing Board and policy manuals.
- Inventories, orders, and stocks supplies for the district.
- Attends meetings, takes notes, generates reports, and distributes to appropriate personnel.
- Drives to other departments to deliver mail, reports, or other items as needed.
- Performs additional duties as directed by the chain of command.
- Maintains good attendance to perform all tasks as assigned/scheduled by the supervisor.

Work occurs primarily indoors in MCSO jail facilities with various staff and all classifications of inmates.
Work Environment- Indoors.
