Job DescriptionReports To: Program Manager Community Ed
FLSA Status: Non‑exempt
Supervises: Yes
Job Family: Community Education
Summary: Provide supervision and approval of the District’s facility use and special events by employees and community members. Support the Program Manager in implementing enrichment courses, oversee site specialists for community facility use, collaborate with site administration and secretaries, and maintain the mandatory software program.
Essential Duties- Manage district‑wide facility use, ensuring availability is accurate
- Communicate weekly facility use reports to district departments and staff
- Coordinate facility rental needs (equipment, technology, staffing)
- Support the Manager in staffing site specialists for third‑party facility use
- Support development and maintenance of the Community Ed website and social media platforms
- Build relationships with community members to enhance engagement
- Monitor and maintain the enrichment and facilities section of the required software
- Provide administrative support of fiscal data through reports
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating special projects and events
- Establish and maintain good rapport with stakeholders such as district staff, community members, and vendors
- Maintain ethical behavior and confidentiality
- Perform other duties of similar nature and level as assigned
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Customer service and data entry experience
- School office experience preferred
- Three (3) years of administrative support experience preferred
- Obtain and maintain a valid Arizona Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card (AZ IVP FPCC)
- Standard practices, methods and materials of assigned work
- Techniques and methods for organizing, prioritizing and monitoring work

- Filing and record‑keeping principles
- Uses and properties of supplies and equipment
