SUMMARYSupport the flow of information by ensuring information is entered into the school-related systems and databases accurately and timely; generate reports and compile information relating to the school office; records management and filing; responding to phone calls and requests; performing data entry and database coordination for reports, queries, and input.
Essential Duties- Act as the Student Information System (SIS) data steward responsible for high-quality data management.
- Coordinate student registration and enrollment.
- Coordinate student withdrawals.
- Maintain student transcripts and student graduation information.
- Assist parents and students in setting up accounts and utilizing district communication tools.
- Maintain student cumulative files.
- Provide student data and summary reporting to a variety of administrator inquiries in accordance with established guidelines.
- Coordinate and perform advanced student information procedures such as grade reporting and master scheduling.
- Analyze state and federal reports and correct data as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.

- High School Diploma or GED and two years of experience working in customer service and data entry.
- School office environment experience preferred.
- Experience working with Student Information System (Infinite Campus) or other school related database preferred.
- Obtain and maintain a valid Arizona Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card (AZ IVP FPCC)
- Standard practices, methods and materials of assigned work.
- Techniques and methods for organizing, prioritizing and monitoring work.
- Business math concepts.
- Filing and record-keeping principles.
- Applicable federal, state and local laws, codes, regulations.
- Customer service principles.

- Composing and maintaining basic original documents including reports, and correspondence.
