• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Keep the reconditioning area clean, organized, and safe.

• Prior experience in automotive reconditioning or repair.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and procedures.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with automotive tools and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
