Used Car Reconditioning Technician

Sands Chevrolet Surprise is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Used Car Reconditioning Technician to join our team in Surprise, AZ. In this role, you will play a crucial part in preparing our used vehicles for sale by ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and appearance.

• Inspect used vehicles thoroughly for any mechanical, cosmetic, or safety issues.
• Perform necessary repairs, maintenance, and detailing to bring vehicles up to dealership standards.
• Coordinate with service and sales departments to prioritize reconditioning tasks and ensure timely vehicle turnaround.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed on each vehicle.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

• Previous experience in automotive reconditioning, detailing, or mechanical repair preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify vehicle issues accurately.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and perform mechanical repairs.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Must be able to lift and work in physically demanding environments.
• Valid driver’s license.
