$20,000 graduated sign on bonus for certified gm technicians. Sands chevrolet is hiring experienced automotive technicians at top $$. We are adding more staff as our business has grown significantly at both locations (glendale & surprise).with 80% of all retail shop hours produced being customer pay sands can offer the right candidate an opportunity to make exceptional wages. We will also provide a detailed career path in gm training.

Paid training and reimbursable ase test fees. Excellent team work enviroment.

responsibilities

• diagnosing gm vehicles using gm service information
• using gm mdi to diagnose and program gm vehicles
• document factual diagnostic findings using cdk dealer managment system
• quality control all repairs and document completion mileage
• flexible production process in order to diagnose inbound vehicles during normal production schedule
• stay up to date on all gm sts training
• work well with other team members in effort to complete vehicle repair production

qualifications

• 2 years minimum of mechanical experience at a gm dealer or franchised repair facility
• ase certifications a big plus but not required
• must have own tools (excluding gm specialty tools)
• must have reliable transportation
