$15/68 hour/ Monday–Friday

7:30 AM–12:00 PM

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks in accordance with program guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
• Follow food safety standards and proper documentation procedures
• Assist in classrooms as needed to support daily routines and activities
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members

• Reliable transportation to the Surprise, AZ area
• 6+ months of culinary experience
• Previous experience in early care and education or related experience (volunteering, nannying, or weekend nursery work counts)
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong customer service, organizational, and confidentiality skills
• Must complete a pre-employment health appraisal and maintain updated health documentation every two (2) years in accordance with NAC accreditation standards
• Ability to obtain certifications including Fingerprint Clearance, CPR, TB/Chest X‑Ray, and Food Handler’s (we provide support for certification costs)
