The Stucco Superintendent is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, managing crews, coordinating schedules, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, hands‑on stucco experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and manage daily and weekly work schedules
- Supervise, lead, and mentor field crews
- Oversee all production‑related job site activities
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, and layouts
- Ensure work meets company quality standards and building codes
- Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers
- Order materials and manage job site logistics
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and project partners
- Identify and resolve field issues proactively
- Strong working knowledge of stucco systems and related trades
- Proven experience in residential and/or commercial stucco construction
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple crews and deadlines
- Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs
- Field experience required (affects compensation level)
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to safely operate a company vehicle
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, not required
- Prior superintendent or foreman leadership experience
- Strong emotional intelligence and professionalism
- Ability to lead with respect and accountability
- Clear and effective communication

- Attention to detail and strong follow‑through
- Ability to perform under pressure
- In‑person, field‑based role
- Fast‑paced, deadline‑driven construction sites
