Overview

wI am currently supporting a growing General Contractor delivering commercial and industrial construction projects across Arizona who is looking to appoint an experienced Superintendent

This is an excellent opportunity to join a company with a strong project pipeline and play a key role in managing site operations from pre-construction through to project completion

• Lead day-to-day site operations and construction activities
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
• Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules
• Monitor project progress and resolve site issues proactively
• Conduct site meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders
• Maintain compliance with health and safety requirements
• Manage inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities
• Ensure effective communication between field and office teams

• 1+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site management
• Experience coordinating multiple trades on active construction sites
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record delivering projects safely and on schedule
• Experience with data center, manufacturing, industrial, healthcare, or large commercial projects is advantageous
