Construction Manager; Water​/Wastewater

We're partnering with one of Arizona's leading heavy civil contractors to recruit an experienced Senior Superintendent / Construction Manager to lead the delivery of major municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the state.

This is an opportunity to join a highly respected contractor with a strong backlog of work, delivering complex water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, reservoirs and associated heavy civil infrastructure valued from $20M to $300M+.

The Role

You'll take overall responsibility for managing site operations from pre-construction through commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.

Working alongside Project Managers and senior leadership, you'll oversee multiple self-performed trades including:

• Process mechanical piping
• Earthwork

You'll lead field teams, coordinate subcontractors, drive project schedules and maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers and inspectors.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years' experience delivering heavy civil or water/wastewater construction projects.
• Proven experience as a Senior Superintendent, General Superintendent or Construction Manager.
• Background delivering one or more of the following:
• Water Treatment Plants (WTP)
• Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP)
• Pump Stations
• Process Mechanical Installations
• Experience managing projects from $20M-$300M+ preferred.
• Strong leadership and safety record.
• Ability to coordinate large self-perform crews alongside subcontractors.
