We are currently hiring for one of the leading general contractor's delivering large-scale, mission-critical projects across the U.S., and are looking to appoint a Cost Controls & Change Manager for major data center projects in Arizona.
This is a key commercial role responsible for driving project cost performance and leading the full change control process on a high-value, fast-paced build.
The Role:
- Own project budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting
- Lead end-to-end change management / change order negotiation
- Review and approve contractor pay applications
- Manage cost risk and prevent scope creep
- Partner with engineering, construction, and commercial teams
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5+ years’ experience incost control, estimating, or project controls
- Strong background in change orders & contractor negotiation
- Experience on data center or mission-critical projects preferred
- Advanced Excel and cost management tools
