About the Role:
1st Precision Grading LLC is looking for a hardworking and dependable Laborer/Operator to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality grading and site work on exciting construction projects. If you take pride in your craft and love working outdoors, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:- Operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, excavators, compactors, and grading machinery
- Perform site preparation, rough and finish grading, excavation, and land clearing tasks
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment on job sites
- Follow project plans, grade stakes, and supervisor instructions to ensure accurate site work
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with safety regulations
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
