Lessen, Inc. is looking for a Customer Escalations Representative (CER) I to join its Account Operations team in Arizona. This role supports the Customer Service Organization by reviewing and resolving client escalations while ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service with at least 2-4 years of experience.
