Overview
Florist Assistant/ Customer Service position at Infinity Floral Designs in Surprise, AZ.
Location:
12801 W Bell Rd Ste 107.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, be familiar with flower names and have experience in customer service
- Design arrangements as needed by Florist
- Process incoming Floral Shipments daily
- Maintain a clean environment by cleaning the cooler, buckets, mopping, etc
- Answer phones and take orders on an online platform
- Work closely with Florist to answer customer s questions about pricing, arrangements, flower availability, etc
- Assist Walk-In customers
- Prioritize tasks and adjust to busy periods of the day. Work closely with Florist to keep things efficient for Staff.
- May occasionally deliver arrangements, pick up flowers or other supplies.
- Monday to Friday
