Hourly rate of $55–$65 per hour plus an uncapped bonus plan

• $5,000 Signing Bonus
• Hourly rate of $55–$65 per hour plus an uncapped bonus plan
• Clinical autonomy with the support of a larger dental organization

• Referral Bonus Program of $600–$2,500

Full-time employees are also eligible for:

Full Time, 4 or 5 days per week

• Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program
• Current Arizona Dental Hygienist License, or ability to obtain one by the start of employment
• Current CPR certification
• Applicable local certifications, including anesthesia certification as required
