Gentle Dental is seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Endodontist to support our practices in Surprise and Avondale, Arizona . This is an excellent opportunity to join established practices with a strong referral network, flexible scheduling, and the support of a comprehensive dental organization.

H-1B, TN, and Green Card sponsorship are available for this position.

As an Endodontist with Gentle Dental, you’ll have the opportunity to focus on providing high-quality specialty care while benefiting from an established patient base and direct referrals from our General Dentists.

Full-time or flexible part-time opportunities available

Established referral network with direct referrals from multiple General Dentists

Predominantly PPO patient base

Flexible scheduling based on candidate availability

Compensation based on a percentage of production

$25,000 sign-on bonus

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endodontics

Endodontic Residency Certificate

Graduate of an accredited dental school

Current applicable state dental license, or ability to obtain one by the start of employment

Required professional licenses and certifications, including CPR, DEA, and NPI, as applicable

One year of experience preferred

Doctor of Dental Surgery or better.
