We are actively seeking a dynamic Project Manager with excellent leadership skills and a collaborative approach to work. This pivotal role involves overseeing and steering multiple projects seamlessly through their construction phases. This opportunity is available for candidates in Scottsdale, AZ.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate multiple projects, providing effective project management.
- Engage with building officials during permitting and construction stages.
- Resolve intricate technical and design challenges.
- Provide strategic direction for achieving project objectives in collaboration with the project team and clients.
- Handle project staffing, budget, schedule, and scope.
- Mentor project team members to foster collaboration, clear communication, and high-quality work.
- Contribute actively to office-wide initiatives, ensuring overall team success.
- 7+ years in relevant experience in hospitality and multi-family projects.
- Profound technical expertise in building codes, structures, principles, and construction practices.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in software tools like Revit, MS Office, and Bluebeam.
- Detail-oriented and organized, conducting comprehensive quality management reviews, and maintaining meticulous records.
