- Lead projects related to architectural design and provide project management
- Develop construction documents, specifications, and technical project content
- Support or lead educational, industrial, municipal, and commercial projects
- Interact and coordinate with clients, team members, and industry stakeholders
- Participate in business development, marketing, project win strategies, proposals, and interviews
- Implement quality management and quality control standards
- Create and manage architectural scopes of work and project fees
- Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and financial plans
- Collaborate across all phases of design and construction
- Prepare technical equipment specifications for construction documents
- Maintain progress, quality control, schedules, staffing plans, and project coordination reports
- Coordinate communications and maintain consistent technical content across drawing and design packages
- Identify pursuit opportunities and develop client relationships
- Self-motivated professional seeking growth while practicing architecture
- Professional degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture
- Licensed Architect registered in New Mexico, Arizona, or Texas
- Experience with project management and managing technical professionals
- Demonstrated ability to lead and direct multiple concurrent projects
- Experience managing project pursuits, preparing proposals, and working with marketing staff
- Experience developing construction documents and specifications
- Strong understanding of architectural design and construction principles
- Familiarity with architectural building construction materials and systems
- Understanding of related codes and construction-related services
- Experience with Revit and AutoCAD
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience preparing work plans, budgets, and project schedules highly desired
- Applicants must not require employer sponsorship for work visas
Demonstrates expertise in architectural design, project management, and the development of construction documents and specifications. Proven ability to lead multiple projects while ensuring quality control and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
