• Valid Special Education Teacher certification
• Experience implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with school staff, families, and students
• Ability to adapt instructional methods to meet a variety of student needs
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment

• Provide differentiated instruction and interventions to students with learning differences
• Develop, implement, and update IEPs in alignment with district and state guidelines
• Monitor and report student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
• Work closely with general education teachers and related service providers
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and parent conferences
• Foster positive, respectful relationships with students, families, and colleagues
