• Manage complex escrow transactions end-to-end
• Act as the go-to expert for buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders
• Ensure every detail is handled with accuracy and compliance
• Navigate challenges and keep closings on track
• Deliver a seamless, professional experience every time

• 2–4+ years of hands‑on escrow experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple transactions independently
• Strong knowledge of title, closing, and escrow processes
• Confident communicator who builds trust quickly
• Detail‑driven, organized, and solutions‑oriented
• Arizona licensing (as required)

Pay Range: $24.42 – $32.56 hourly. This is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on several factors including job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
