About The PositionThis position supports our growing company in the Phoenix, AZ headquarters offices and will be responsible for supporting the company’s global treasury activities including liquidity management, foreign exchange, cash forecasting/planning, lender compliance packages and all banking and treasury operations. This position will work cross-functionally across our various business entities to provide treasury, financial and accounting support.
Main responsibilities of the position- Cashflow management and forecasting
- Bank compliance tracking and documentation
- International banking transactions and reconciliations
- Currency hedging of international AR/AP
- Manage and track FX activity and rates
- General banking transactions and recording
- Monthly close transactions"+ "
- Account reconciliations
- Audit support
- Project accounting
- Additional needs of the Finance Team, as assigned
- 2+ years of corporate treasury and general accounting experience
- Accounting or Finance degree
- CPA and/or advanced degree preferred
- Experience with medium/large ERP systems (SAP B1 highly preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills including the ability to update existing reports and models as well as summarizing large data sets utilizing pivot tables, sum/subtotal functions and VLOOKUP's
- Must be able to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills are required
- High degree of professionalism and business ethics
- Spanish speaking a plus
