Money Transfer Payments Analyst

Resolving in a timely and accurate manner various types of Money Transfer/Money Market inquiries, USD, and foreign currencies
Responsible for system upgrade testing, enhancements, and various projects relating to system enhancements
Ensure unit is properly staffed and have the appropriate resources required to satisfactorily fulfilling their daily functional requirements
Monitor daily all queues for the investigations section
Provide training to other departments on Intellitracs.

• Preferred one to two years' experience in Money Transfer Investigations
• Knowledge of payment formatting of the MT103, 202, 202cov, PACS
  008, 009, 009
  
  Cov, and other ISO messages type, a plus.
• System PIM, Intellitracs and GPF payment system, a plus, but not required.
• Understand and apply the various rules and regulations governing investigations
• Wire room functions i.e., BAFT, UCC4A, etc.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Strong practical understanding of payments and investigation and wire room systems (preferable Intellitracs and BESS).

Demonstrates expertise in Money Transfer Investigations and a strong understanding of payment formatting and wire room functions. Proficient in system testing and enhancements, with effective communication skills for training and collaboration across departments.
