Position: Primary Therapist- Contract

Primary Therapist (Contract)

Monte Nido Rosewood is a leading eating disorder treatment program located in Wickenburg, AZ. Using a holistic and multidisciplinary approach, we treat patients with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, and co‑occurring addictions and disorders. Our experienced multidisciplinary staff and intimate warm setting uniquely qualify us to effectively treat eating disorders.

We are seeking a Contract
Primary Therapist to join our multi‑disciplinary treatment team.
Pay range: up to $125 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Providing individual, group, and family therapy
  • Serving as liaison with families and outpatient providers
  • Interacting with insurance companies for pre‑certification and utilization management
  • Participating in discharge and aftercare planning
  • Providing therapeutic meal support while modeling a healthy relationship with food
  • Providing safe, empathetic, and affirming care for each client and their unique circumstances based on intersecting identities
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related discipline, at minimum
  • State license (or license‑eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
  • Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices
