• Provide companionship and support to seniors in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals tailored to client preferences.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities and social interactions.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members.
• Follow individualized care plans and adjust as necessary to meet client needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare is a plus.
• Previous experience in senior care or a related field preferred.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification; additional training is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Genuine desire to help and uplift the lives of seniors.
