Soar Autism Center in Surprise, AZ, seeks a Clinical Trainer (BCBA) to lead trainee growth at 1–2 local centers after centralized training. You will supervise RBTs and support 3–4 case supervisors, ensuring high-quality care under the ESDM-based model.
You will supervise, train, and develop staff, host weekly sessions, build ESDM/ABA skills, and pursue ESDM certification within 2 years. Strong communication and commitment to kids’ outcomes required.
