Avista Senior Living is hiring two part-time Recruiters to join our Recruitment & Employee Services team. This role is a great fit for students who want real, hands-on experience in healthcare administration and HR while working around a class schedule.

What You'll DoSource and screen candidates for open positions across our senior living communities

Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication

Support onboarding and new-hire paperwork processes

Assist with job postings, applicant tracking, and recruitment reporting

Partner with community leadership to understand staffing needs

What We're Looking For Currently enrolled in (or recently completed) a program in healthcare administration, human resources, business, or a related field

Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities

Prior recruiting/HR experience is a plus but not required — we'll train the right candidate
