Russell Tobin's client, a multinational business software company is hiring for a Business Systems Analyst in Tucson, AZ.

Employment Type: Contract/Hybrid

Location: Tucson, AZ

Pay rate: $72-$82/hr, DOE

• In this role you will personalize our agent’s tool experiences through rapid prototyping, agile development and coordinated releases.
• We are looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering new technology and experiences at scale in a platform and services-oriented architecture.
• Must have a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners, including technologists, product managers, engineers, and senior leadership.
• Facilitate joint design sessions to refine defined experience requirements.
• Develop functional and/or non-functional prototypes to gain alignment/acceptance.
• Develop and deliver new solutions at scale to support or personalize expert experiences. Ensure developed solutions meet enterprise development standards.
• Write user stories as part of an Agile project framework which include clear acceptance criteria and take into account dependencies on other stories and/or initiatives.

• Solid knowledge and hands on configuration and/or development experience with Salesforce platform.
• Salesforce Admin certification required.
• Experience with Agile development and methodologies.
• Proven expertise leading cross-functional teams that together launch on time.

• BS or BA Degree preferred
• Salesforce Sales Cloud certification
• Salesforce Service Cloud certification
