Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT, Cybersecurity, Operational Technology, Industrial Automation, or a manufacturing technology environment.
- Exposure to industrial control systems, manufacturing networks, PLCs, HMIs, or automation systems preferred.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, network security, system administration, and access management.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Ability to collaborate with IT, Engineering, Operations, and manufacturing teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support multiple locations and business priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support manufacturing facilities.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and grow within the cybersecurity field.
Demonstrates expertise in maintaining and securing Operational Technology (OT) systems, including user access management and cybersecurity best practices. Proficient in collaborating with cross functional teams to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency in manufacturing environments.
