Driver/Maintenance Assistant (Maintenance)
What You’ll Do- Safely transporting residents to various locations via company car, van, or bus, coordinating pick-ups and drop-offs, and maintaining accurate vehicle records.
- Completing scheduled maintenance and repairs for buildings and grounds, such as painting, carpet cleaning, and snow/debris removal from walkways.
- Performing apartment reconditioning tasks, including fixture installation and general repairs.
- Maintaining all areas of the community to the highest standard, ensuring proper record-keeping for work orders, certifications, and scheduling.
- Assisting in safety preparedness of associates and residents, participating in Safety Committee Meetings, fire drills, and other emergency exercises.
