Learning Governance & Standards Team Leader

• Lead, coach, develop, and manage a team of project managers, governance specialists, and learning designers.
• Establish team priorities, goals, performance measures, and development plans.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
• Drive adoption of enterprise standards, governance practices, and quality expectations across GL&D.
• Mentor team members in project management, governance, risk management, and consulting skills.
• Establish and govern GL&D development methodologies, project management standards, templates, and best practices.
• Define and maintain enterprise learning design, visual, brand, accessibility, and learner experience standards.
• Oversee a portfolio of learner-facing projects and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with HR Product and Technology teams to implement workflow tool enhancements and operational improvements.

• 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Project Management, Program Management, Operational Excellence, Governance, Risk Management, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience developing governance frameworks, standards, policies, or operational processes.
• Strong consulting, influencing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Demonstrates extensive experience in Learning & Development, Project Management, and Governance, with a strong focus on operational excellence and team leadership. Proven ability to establish governance frameworks, drive project delivery, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
