We are seeking a dynamic and experienced plumber department manager to lead and oversee the operations of our plumbing division. The role is critical in ensuring high‑quality job execution, effective team leadership, and driving the department toward profit and revenue targets.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the plumbing division, ensuring top‑tier service and job quality.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of plumbers, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Set and track departmental goals, focusing on profitability, customer satisfaction, and growth.
• Manage project scheduling, resource allocation, and identify areas for operational improvements.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management to ensure the department’s financial success.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies for long‑term growth and success.

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the plumbing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving results.
• Contractor’s license (preferred but not required).
• Strong hands‑on experience in residential plumbing.
• Solid understanding of budgeting and P&L management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and address challenges efficiently.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.

• Field environments across residential job sites; climbing ladders, navigating uneven surfaces, and working in confined spaces.
• Move materials up to 50 pounds; operate hand and power tools and vehicles.

$115,000 – $150,000 annually.
