Operates and optimizes moderately complex, specialized manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products that meet defined specifications and production targets. Applies technical expertise to monitor, adjust, and maintain machinery, ensuring consistent output and adherence to safety and quality standards. Supports production efficiency by identifying equipment performance trends and implementing minor corrective actions within established guidelines. Maintains operational reliability by proactively addressing equipment issues and escalating non-routine problems to senior technical team members.

Enhances manufacturing outcomes by contributing practical insights that improve process stability and product consistency.

• Operates and maintains standard and non-standard manufacturing equipment in accordance with established safety and quality protocols.
• Performs routine and non-routine inspections and troubleshooting on machinery, escalating basic to moderately complex issues to senior technicians or supervisors.
• Documents production data and equipment performance, ensuring records are accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Adheres to standard operating procedures and participates in periodic audits to maintain compliance with industry and organization's standards.
• Identifies and implements standard and non-standard process improvements to enhance efficiency, product quality, or workplace safety.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support production schedules and resolve workflow bottlenecks.
• Follows safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines, reporting any incidents or hazards promptly to leadership.

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Vocational/Technical Diploma in manufacturing, industrial technology, a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.

2 - 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment or machinery, or a related field required.
