We are hiring a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to geriatric residents in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (12‑hour shifts)
36 hrs one week / 48 hrs the next
- Administer medications and treatments
- Perform assessments and support care plans (MDS)
- Monitor residents and report changes
- Supervise CNAs and support staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
- Active RN License (Arizona)
- 1+ year SNF or long-term care experience preferred
