We are looking for a Charge Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate nursing care and provide leadership across clinical settings at PAM Health. The RN will collaborate with medical, ancillary, and support staff, maintain nursing practice standards, and serve as a clinical and leadership resource and role model for the staff.

- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification; required from day one for all Charge Nurses, High Observation, and ICU
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required
- Prior experience in emergency or critical care environments
- Comfortable working with ventilators, tracheostomy tubes, PICC lines, etc.
- Two years of direct patient care experience
