Job Description Qualifications
- Licensed nurse (NP/RN/LPN/LVN) with current Arizona State license.
- Established experience in nursing field with recent managerial experience in Long Term care nursing facility.
- Ability to travel regularly
- Valid driver's license
- Negotiation skills and excellent communication skills
- Previous managerial experience as DON or executive director
- Provide consultation and guidance to Director of Nursing related to assigned community clinical and reimbursement needs.
- Provide routine and periodic onsite assessments of clinical process.
- Create action plans related to the clinical assessment outcomes.
- Develop a relationship with the director of nurse and the nursing leadership to maintain the clinical assessment outcomes and reimbursement opportunities.
- Provide continuous education, orientations and onboarding of Directors of Nursing and/or nurse leadership.
