$110,000 – $140,000 | Full-Time | Maricopa County, AZ

As a Nurse Practitioner, you’ll provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care including:

• Preventive care & health promotion
• Diagnosis, treatment & management of acute and chronic conditions
• Patient education and community-focused care
• Coordination and referrals as needed

You’ll work with autonomy and purpose, supported by a collaborative care team that shares your passion for serving others.

Competitive salary + $10K travel stipend, Incentive pay based on productivity, 5 weeks PTO (200 hours + 2 service days), 10 paid holidays, CME: 40 hours + up to $2,500/year, Student loan forgiveness & repayment programs, FTCA malpractice coverage (no extra cost), Teaching opportunities with A.T. • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Active Arizona NP & RN licenses
• Current DEA certification
• CPR/AED certification (AHA or Red Cross)
• Strong clinical judgment & patient communication skills
• Commitment to community health and underserved populations
• Valid AZ Driver’s License
