About the Units:

• Pediatrics: 30+ private rooms, treating newborns to young adults with diverse medical and surgical needs
• PICU: 10+ private rooms, including dedicated video epilepsy monitoring rooms for specialized care
• Patient-Centered Model:
  Families are welcome 24/7, and bedside rounding includes physicians, nurses, social work, case management, pharmacy, and ancillary teams working together for the best outcomes.

Qualifications:

Education:

BSN required.

Experience:

3+ years of progressive leadership experience in Pedatrics/PICU.
