Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

We are a locally owned pest control company looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Pest & Weed Control Technician who takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about solving customer problems the right way.

This role is ideal for someone who values quality work, reliability, and customer trust — not rushing jobs or cutting corners.

• Inspect residential and commercial properties for pest and weed issues
• Identify conditions contributing to infestations or weed growth
• Perform pest control treatments and weed control applications safely and accurately
• Provide long-term, solution-focused recommendations to customers
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Maintain accurate service records and treatment documentation
• Represent the company with professionalism at all times

• Strong reliability and punctuality (required)
• High attention to detail and follow-through
• Customer-focused mindset with good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily routes
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Pest control and/or weed control experience preferred
• Willingness to learn — we will train the right person

$20–$25/hour depending on experience

Consistent, predictable hourly pay (not commission-only)

Paid training and licensing support (pest & weed categories)

Company vehicle provided during work hours

Equipment and uniforms provided
