Nursery team member will support nursery operations and customer service, handling equipment maintenance, yard organization, and assisting customers. Flexible, adaptable, and ready to contribute to retail yard success.

• Organize and maintain the nursery yard for a clean, orderly, and attractive appearance.
• Communicate plant material waste and rearrange plants, trees, and merchandise.
• Clean and tidy the yard area.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair on nursery equipment, including vehicles, forklifts, and hand tools.
• Ensure all equipment is in proper working condition and safe to use.
• Load and unload plants, trees, and nursery products into various vehicles.
• Provide customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Follow safety protocols for lifting, operating equipment, and handling merchandise.
• Demonstrate availability to work any day of the week.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

• Ability to perform manual labor.
• Previous experience with power tools, hand tools, and other equipment preferred.
• Ability to follow specific instructions and safety protocols.

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Work requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout the day. Frequently reach for, pull, lift, and/or move items weighing up to and over 75 lbs. Work outdoors for extended periods in possible extreme conditions (rain, heat, sun, wind).

Subject to motor vehicle and criminal background checks in accordance with applicable fair‑chance laws and regulations.
