What You'll Do:- Proactively engage customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products
- Achieve and exceed individual store sales targets through effective upselling and cross‑selling
- Recommend products that meet medical needs and close sales
- Answer phones with patience and professionalism
- Help with billing questions and update customer info
- Keep things running smoothly at the front of the store
- Perform other duties as needed
- 1+ year of retail/customer service experience
- Positive attitude, great communication, and team spirit
- Quick learner with attention to detail
- Comfortable with computers and multitasking
- Weekend availability
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of retail experience
- DME product knowledge
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
