• Maintain the safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines—including safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer/cooler/deli area in accordance with company policies and procedures: handle claims and returns; zone the area; receive and stock merchandise; set up, clean, and organize product displays; remove damaged goods; sign and price merchandise appropriately; complete required audits, paperwork, logs, and other documentation; and secure fragile and high‑shrink merchandise.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products to members, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the company’s products and services.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to the freezer/cooler area: comply with food handling policies; operate, repair, and sanitize equipment; follow cold‑chain procedures when stocking merchandise; clean the freezer/cooler/deli area (e.g., windows, mirrors, display cases, and coolers); monitor freezer/cooler fans, drains, and doors for proper operation; and report issues to management.
• Ensure high‑quality products are taken care of and available for members; keep shelves clean, maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser‑quality food products; pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays; keep a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• I acknowledge that the position requires successfully completing all job‑required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.
