Function: Brand Advocacy & Sales

Premium operates wireless locations in over 1,300 retail outlets via Walmart Supercenter, with a sales team of over 3,200 brand representatives. As a Wireless Sales Pro, you will connect shoppers with wireless products & solutions, closing sales through hustle, creativity, and problem‑solving.

• Meet or exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with Walmart customers.
• Explain wireless solutions in simple, easy‑to‑understand terms.
• Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers.
• Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through setup and activation.
• Maintain planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.

• Drive to excel in an uncapped commission sales role.

• Physical ability to stand/move around for 8‑10 hour shifts.

Prior sales experience not mandatory, but a drive to learn is required. Ongoing in‑store and online training will cover wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions.
