Banker Insulation of Flagstaff, AZ is looking to hire a Sales Project Manager to develop new business, building long-term customer relationships, and seeing projects through from the initial sale to completion.

• Prospecting and developing new customers.
• Managing an existing customer base.
• Preparing quotes and proposals.
• Negotiating pricing and contracts.
• Following projects from sale through completion.
• Coordinating with Operations and Installation teams.
• Resolving customer concerns.
• Monitoring market trends and competitive activity.
• Supporting collections on assigned accounts when necessary.
• Growing the assigned territory and customer base.

• 3+ years of outside sales experience within construction, building products, or a closely related industry.
• Experience selling to builders, contractors, or commercial customers.
• Proven success developing new business and growing existing accounts.
• Existing relationships within the local construction market are a plus.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
• Is self-motivated, competitive, organized, and enjoys being in front of customers.
