U.S. Border Patrol is seeking entry-level Border Patrol Agents for the GL-5/GL-7 grade levels with a clear path for career advancement. Duty locations include the Southwest Border and other sectors, with relocation possible.
Eligible applicants receive comprehensive federal benefits and a structured training program at the Border Patrol Academy. New hires may qualify for recruitment incentives up to $20,000 and retention incentives up to $40,000, distributed over the first years of service.
