Prepare accurate case reports on apprehensions and recoveries, preserve evidence, and interact with law enforcement;
Testify in criminal and civil court actions when required;
Report hazardous or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty and maintain safety for associates, vendors, customers, and the Company;
Support asset protection and operational objectives and uphold store-level compliance and shrink-elimination culture
