Job Description
Job Duties

Perform skilled and semi-skilled maintenance and repair of housing properties, including cleaning, carpentry, painting, plumbing, mechanical, and basic non-licensed electrical work
Complete a variety of unskilled to skilled maintenance tasks using hand and power tools
Assist with upkeep and repair of public housing units and common property areas
Read and interpret work orders; identify required materials and equipment; order supplies and document completed work
Conduct repairs, preventive maintenance, and component replacement on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Make structural repairs to doors, windows, fences, roofs, foundations, ceilings, floors, and walls
Track, reorder, and manage maintenance supplies and inventory stock
Clean and maintain equipment; safely handle and dispose of hazardous materials
Maintain, adjust, and repair heating and air conditioning systems
Inspect properties and grounds for hazards; correct unsafe conditions and report safety or security concerns
Maintain landscaping and exterior property areas as needed
Follow all safety procedures and report emergencies or operational problems promptly
Clean spills and unsanitary conditions in compliance with established procedures
Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and organizational records
Demonstrate professional, courteous, and cooperative behavior with residents, visitors, and staff
Support organizational priorities and operational goals
Must Work a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) and remain available for after-hours needs
Perform additional related duties as assigned

Required Experience
3 years building maintenance

Mandatory Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent
3 years building maintenance, carpentry, and plumbing experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
A valid State of Arizona Driver's License and good driving record are required (no restrictions, drunk driving, suspended, Alcohol)
Must have their own tools
