The City of Surprise, AZ is seeking a Journeyman Automotive Technician to perform journey-level repairs and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles and equipment, including solid waste trucks, construction equipment, and fire apparatus.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and relevant experience or completion of an accredited automotive/diesel program; a valid AZ driver's license and EPA 609 certification are required or must be obtained within six months of hire.
