We're hiring Journeyman and experienced Commercial HVAC Installers
for long-term commercial construction, tenant improvement, retrofit, and new construction projects throughout the
East and West Valley
, including:

East Valley: Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, Queen Creek, Apache Junction, and surrounding areas.

West Valley: Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear, Tolleson, Waddell, and surrounding areas.

• $25-$36 per hour

• Installing commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, and VRF/VRV systems
• Installing ductwork, diffusers, registers, dampers, and ventilation components
• Setting rooftop equipment and mechanical units
• Installing refrigerant piping, condensate drains, and related HVAC components
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, mechanical drawings, and installation specifications
• Assisting with equipment startups and system testing
• Performing tenant improvements, remodels, retrofits, and new commercial construction
• Following manufacturer specifications and job site safety requirements
• Producing clean, high-quality installations

We're looking for HVAC installers who can work independently, communicate well, and consistently produce quality work.

• Commercial HVAC installation experience required
• Experience installing commercial HVAC equipment and duct systems
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Familiarity with refrigerant piping and HVAC installation best practices
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus
• Own basic hand tools and reliable transportation
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and punctual
