We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician in Surprise, AZ with strong diagnostic, electrical, and drivability skills. This position offers $75,000-$110,000+ in annual earning potential, depending on experience, with a Monday-Friday schedule and no weekends. You'll work in a professional independent shop with challenging diagnostic work, quality equipment, and a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair domestic and import vehicles
- Perform advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics
- Troubleshoot CAN network and communication issues
- Repair gas and light diesel vehicles
- Service light-duty trucks, fleet vehicles, older vehicles, and RVs
- Complete complex mechanical repairs using quality diagnostic equipment
- Collaborate with the team to deliver accurate, high-quality repairs
- 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with electrical systems and drivability concerns
- Comfortable working on older vehicles and light diesel applications
- Ability to diagnose problems efficiently and accurately
- Own basic hand tools
- Dealership or independent shop experience welcome
- $75,000-$110,000+ annual earning potential, depending on experience
